One room in a four bedroom house is available for a year lease starting on July 1st, ending June 2000. The house is at 17 William Street, which is a quiet and nice looking street in Central Square. 10 min walk to MIT and 5 minute walk to Central Square T station. The house is fully equipped, including dishwaser, dryer, washer, microwave, etc... Hardwood floors, front yard, plenty of street parking, 1 1/2 bathroom. You will have your separate phone line. The rent will be either 405 or 475 depending on which room is made available. (one of our room-mates is in the process of deciding which room she'll take). You will share the house with two male grad students from MIT and a young female professional from the Licoln Labs. Although we would be happy with either a female or male new room-mate, we will give a little more preference to female applicants because we would like to have some gender balance in the house. But we don't want to disencourage guys from applying too. If you are interested, please send a message to me at aumond@mit.edu with your phone number and preferred calling times and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks Bernardo
