        One very cosy room in nice house available starting June 1st or
July 1st.
        The rent is 405 dollars (does not include utilities).

        House:

        The house is located at 17 William St., 2 minute walk to central
square T stop and 12 min walk to MIT. Very close to the new Star market.

        Quiet and nice looking street.
        Large modern kitchen, large living room.
        Wooden floors.
        1 1/2 bathroom, sunny portch and front yard.
        Washer, dryer and dishwasher.
        We don't need any more furniture.

        Room:

        The room available is in the second floor. A little on the small
side. Depends on your needs for space... Closet. Your own separate phone
line.
        The landlord (who is an artist and lives in the next house) does
not allow ANY sort of music in the room. But current and previous
room-mates (including me) have done just fine listening to music in
other parts of the house.

        People:

        You will share the house with 2 guys and one girl (John, Jen and
Bernardo - all MIT grad students). We are friendly and we would like to
have a new room-mate who is:
        participant in the house matters
        friendly
        clean and willing to cooperate in the cleaning of common areas
without needing to be dragged.
        does not smoke (inside the house or in the portch).
        does not have a pet.
