Hi there,

I have to attend to practical school from Jan 24 to May 22 and would like to
sublet my bedroom. The date is negotiable. The information are as below:

One small room will be available on from Jan 24 to May 22

* $200/month + utility, one month deposit
* All furnitured including bed, desk, bookshelf, sofa, and an almost new TV
* Share kitchen and bathroom with other roommates. 
  ( one MIT female, one MIT couple, and one Harvard male )  
* Clean, and safe.
* Location: Near Union Square,
   2 minutes to super market (Market Basket),
   2 minutes to bus stops
    (Route 85 to Kendall MIT,
     Route 86 to Harvard,
     Route 87 to Lechmere,
     Route 91 to Central Square),
* Street parking
* Friendly Chinese roommates

Preference:
1. Single Student,
2. Be responsible,
   be aware of the existence of other roommates,
   be willing to keep the common area nice and clean.
   ( we take turns to clean the kithen, bathroom and floor every week)
