Beautiful 2 Bedroom, 1 bath, in Somerville, the center of Davis 
Square, 1 minute from T.  The building is an older, large building
with ~25 apartments, right next to Davis Sq. Bank Boston.  
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (over the management offices for 
the building) and is very modern (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher,
disposal included, laundry in basement).  All hardwood floors.  
Parking is on the street.  Electric heat.  There's no extra storage 
space, but one closet is huge.  Cats are allowed.
 
This is available now!  I'm the tenant and I'm trying to break a 
lease that expires at the end of August.  The rent is $1400 a
month, but I'll listen to any reasonable offer, since I've already
moved into my new place and need to get rid of this.
