Location:	10min walk from Porter or Davis Sq, Somerville

Walk to Red Line, or buses right out front

Not far from shopping/entertainment, but reasonably
                   quiet and very safe neighborhood

Easy trips to Harvard or MIT, and *much*
			cheaper than Cambridge!

Amenities:	Free Parking (underground garage)

		Air-Conditioner

		Dishwasher and Disposal

Laundry room just down the hall

Good management and on-site superintendant. If
			something breaks, they fix it.

Living room and kitchen will be mostly furnished

Elevator -- why lug your boxes up stairs?!

Optional homebrew tasting (don't worry, I do the messy
                     stuff in somebody *else's* kitchen)

Roommate:	Share with 30yo male, grad student

Looking for responsible, mature, but easy-going people,
M or F, 25-35 or so, quiet and clean but
			not fanatical about it.

		Sorry, landlord prohibits pets.

		Non-smokers only, please.

Also, prefer to rent to 1 person -- no couples
or kids, please (I don't care about
overnight guests, but three people, seven days/week
would start to get a bit cramped).

Improve your life and impress your friends -- this is a
  great place!
