Hi.

I am moving out of my studio at 30 Chester St, a three min
walk off Davis Sq. It is a large basement studio, with
good windows (at the normal height, not at overhead level),
including:

 - Modern building
 - Studio is very large
 - Heat and air conditioning
 - Large kitchen area with dishwasher
 - Laundry in the building
 - Free parking in building parking lot
 - 3 min walk to Davis T stop (red line) and
   Davis Sq., near to the fun, yet calm
   enough for rest after said fun.
 - Star market, CVS, Osco, several health
   clubs all within 5min walking distance
 - 15 min walk to Harvard Sq. if you feel so
   inclined (building is one block from Mass Av).

Rent is $775 a month, last month + sec deposit required.
