I am leaving my studio at 30 Chester St; if you're looking
for housing you may want to check it. It is in Somerville,
just at the border with Cambridge. I am leaving in the
beggining of October.

It is a large basement studio, with good windows (at the
normal height, not at overhead level), including:

 - Studio is large.
 - Heat and air conditioning
 - Large kitchen area with dishwasher
 - Laundry in the building
 - Free parking in building parking lot given
   availability of space.
 - 3 min walk to Davis T stop (red line) and
   Davis Sq., near to the fun, yet calm
   enough for rest after said fun.
 - Star market, CVS, Osco, several health
   clubs all within 5min walking distance
 - 15 min walk to Harvard Sq. if you feel so
   inclined (building is one block from Mass Av).

Rent is $775 a month, last month + sec deposit required.
