Hi, I'm looking for a roommate (male or female) starting from this
November. No-smoker, no pets.
The apartment is a 2 bedrooms, with one large kitchen, a living room,
a studio, corridor, storage closet, another ample storage closet at
roof level
It has gas heat (-> great savings on winter).
Great location: 3 minutes walk to MIT (check on a map or just walk: it's

in the block of Windsor St. between Hampshire and Broadway).
Completely furnished (yes, your room as well).
Facilities include proprietary washing machine, microwave, coffee
machine, cable TV, cordless and digital answering machine, darts.
Last floor in the house, none walking over your heads...
Bright.
Very quiet.
With back yard.

Price is $600 per month (plus utilities); if you stay long term this
will eventually become $550 per month ($50 less because we won't pay
the rental agency fee again when renewing the contract).

If interested mail me at massimo@w3.org or call at 4977971 (home) or
2532442 (office); I am working at MIT in the World Wide Web Consortium
(W3C); in case, check my home page (see below).

Ciao,
 Massimo
