We have one room available for a summer sublet (June - August) at
our apartment in Somerville. The location can be viewed at:

   http://www.media.mit.edu/~chris/house_location.html

The room is fully furnished, and rent is $425/month + 1/4 utilities.
We're mellow and semi-clean MIT grad students, and the apartment has:

- 4 bedrooms
- spacious (furnished) living room/dining room.
- kitchen
- washer/dryer
- 2 full bathrooms
- Ethernet and CATV in every room.
- off street parking
- Basement storage space (for summer only)
- walking distance from Broadway Star Market

We are aprox. 3.5 miles from MIT (accessable by bus via Perl St.). If you
are interested, please email metcalfe@media.mit.edu, or call 617-666-8378.

Please forward to interested parties. May be possible to move in early if
needed.
