The sad story:

I am moving into a new place this week.  I found someone else to take
my spot, provided I pick up HIS rent until September.  Consequently, I
am trying to sublet his room.  The rent listed below is what I am
paying, but since I am just eating it until the end of August, feel
free to make an offer.
