Director of Development, Internet Personal Banker Software 

     Responsibilities: 
        1.Overall management of a team of developers and a technical 	 
architect who are collectively responsible
          for the initial creation and then ongoing enhancement of 	 
HomeCom's Personal Internet Banker software
          product 
        2.Supervision of the design and architecture process on a 	 
release by release basis. 
        3.Supervision of the individual developers, ensuring maximum 	 
productivity, appropriate assignment of
          tasks to individuals, and management of deliverables
against 	  the product schedule 
        4.Hiring of the development team, and the ongoing training of 	 
the team as the needs of the project evolve 
        5.Full accountability for the delivery of a quality product 	 
which contains the features required by the
          business for success, on the schedule agreed upon at the 	 
outset of the project. 

     Qualifications: 
        1.Must have at least five years experience successfully
managing 	  the design and implementation of new
          software products from ground zero to successful
introduction 	  into the marketplace 
        2.Must have at least five years experience managing projects
to 	  a schedule and of creatively resolving the
          feature/function/quality/schedule conflicts which
characterize 	  new product development 
        3.Must have extensive knowledge of development in the Windows 	 
NT, Unix, and Internet environments. 
        4.Must have a technical academic background, preferably one 	 
which involves software development or
          computer science 
        5.Experience in the financial/banking software arena is
highly 	  desirable, but lack thereof will not disqualify
          an otherwise ideal candidate. 

          Compensation: 
          This position carries a competitive salary, a bonus tied to 	 
the success of the business and stock options.
          HomeCom is a pre-IPO company which anticipates going public
in 	  the very near team.
