x_soundtool or mixview question!

Hi,

Just wondering if there exists an application with an oscilloscope
display that can take standard PCM data from a socket and display
it in 'realtime.'

Basically, has someone hacked x_soundtool or mixview to take its sound
data provided from a socket rather than from the audio device.
Basically, I have an application similar to netfone/vtalk or whatever
and I would like to see the data in a scope display similar to the one
from either x_soundtool or mixview.

Thanks,

Marc
