  I'm not a "mn.org" member anymore, but it seems to me that it
might be helpful if a simple report was generated each week that
showed the number of bytes sent/received from the hub by each
member.  I have no experience with "smail" version 3, but hopefully
it is similar to smail version 2.5 in that it provides all the
necessary information in "mail.log" (the option that records date,
time, bytes, sender, and destination).
