I have had good luck at the Amoco quick change station at the corner
of Hgy 169 (Flying Cloud Drive) and Anderson Lakes Parkway (about 1/2
mile south of the Eden Prairie Center mall.  They haven't screwed up
yet for me.  I have been told that Amoco is a bit on the expensive side,
but they fill all of your fluids and you get a free car wash.  They are
open until 9PM week nights.  Evening is a good time to go because you are
less likely to have to wait in line.

I always run synthetic oil.  I think one should change regular oil at
3000 mile intervals, and synthetic at 7500 mile intervals.  If you do
the math, synthetic oil comes out about 1/3 cheaper.  I also hate wasting
the time it takes to get my oil changed, which is another benefit of using
synthetic oil.
