If the one in Burnsville that you are thinking of is one of those Caswell clubs
on Burnsville Parkway just off County Road 42 (not far from Burnsville Center),
well, it was open a month ago.  The guy who owns it was rennovating half of it
at the time, which I thought was a good sign.  The rates there are cheaper than
Bill's even if you're a member at Bill's.
