I am looking for an IP site where there is a public access for card catalogs such
as Lumina or the Dakota County Library System or the Hill Reference Library.

Are such things available via "gopher" or some other E-Mail archive service?

If unable to locate that I would be happy if someone could supply me with information
on dialing into these sites via RS232.

Thanks
