My trusty Vietnamese restaurant in St Paul, To Chau, went to that pie in the
sky. It had the best Bahn Xeo, a Vietnamese seafood crepe. The best that I
have tasted in the Twin Cities.

You can see a recipe and pix at Bites of Asia

Also a pix from a Vietnamese street vendor at

Don't these pixs get you drooling??

Need new restaurant.....help!!

The same space changed to Huong Que, 823 University Av W, St Paul, MN 55104,
(651) 224-2445, daily 10-10pm, now a typical pho soup place. It now also
houses the Vietnamese bakery, for those essential French rolls for those
Banh Mi Thit, those scrumptious Vietnamese sandwiches.
