This serial cyberstalker, "!:?\)" <!:?)@invalid.nett>, aka 
Kevin Filan of Teaneck, NJ, IS EXACTLY WHY NO ONE SHOULD REVEAL 
THEIR IDENTITY ON USENET.  Kevin Filan is a lying harassing  
malicious insane intentionally defamatory psychopathic serial 
cyberstalker.  He has been arrested by the FBI for such activity and 
there is evidence he spent a year in jail or prison for this activity.

There is NOT A SINGLE DOCUMENT ON ANY Brad Jesness web site produced 
with Mpls Public School software.  The documentation on 
http://cyberper.cnc.net/fullDocumentation.htm , which had to be 
secured because of the cyberstalking of Joe Jared of oretek.com and 
that of his pal, Kevin Filan of Teaneck, NY , is NOT FORGED AND WAS 
PRODUCED BY the MN Dept. of Public Safety Software, as is easily 
determined via a right click, a download of the Word docs to your 
Desktop, and an examination (via 'Properties') of the manifest - 
showing the Word docs were produced BY the MN Dept. of Public Safety 
software and the current secretary of Tim O'Malley, the author of 
these REAL LETTERS.
