Hey, if we go tit-for-tat, Brad Jesness or anyone can say this.  Reason: 
AT BEST (and this is highly questionable), Joe Jared has seen 
some apparent evidence that Brad Jesness had SOME opponent **REQUEST** 
that 
some Police agengy investigate him.  That (at best) is all that 
"Taylor Jimenez" aka Joe Jared has seen.  WITH THAT LITTLE, he and 
his punks SAY: Brad Jesness has been investigated.  Over and over and 
over - in a stalking and harassing and defaming manner

Well, it seems that 
BRAD JESNESS HAS REQUESTED JOE JARED BE INVESTIGATED BY THE 
MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL.  If so, Brad Jesness,is on equal footing with 
Joe Jared , and Brad Jesness OR HIS FRIENDS CAN SAY:

Joe Jared has been investigated by the MN Attorney General

Joe Jared is BEING INVESTIGATED MY THE MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!!
Joe Jared is BEING INVESTIGATED MY THE MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!!
Joe Jared is BEING INVESTIGATED MY THE MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!!
Joe Jared is BEING INVESTIGATED MY THE MINNESOTA ATTORNEY GENERAL!!!!

(EXCEPT that Jared has NO official note, like Brad Jesness has, that 
 he WAS NOT INVESTIGATED - so the evidence is stronger against 
 Joe Jared than it is against Brad Jesness!!!!!!!!) 

Just to harken to the real facts:  NO INVESTIGATION WAS DONE OF 
BRAD JESNESS BY ANY POLICE AGENCY.  A request may have been made, 
but it became clear that LESLIE PACKER (who has KNOWN FOR 6 YEARS THAT
THERE WAS NOT INVESTIGATION OF BRAD JESNESS) apparently, in making 
some sort of complaint, INTENTIONALLY misled (or allowed the officer 
to BE misled) that newsgroup posts were email.  As soon as that 
became clear, NO INVESTIGATION WAS DONE AND LESLIE PACKER WAS CONSIDERED 
A CRANK  (but apparently she did not tell the mentally ill Joe Jared, 
who she was using and abusing THIS FACT!!)

THIS IS THE FACT.  THE TINY GOD-DAMNED FACT.
