One line Just Taylor is Just Taylor, the second it doesn't matter who he
is and the third line he is Spamford Wallace?  You seem to pick names
out of a book like RtS.  First Informant is Cainman, then Cainman is
Informant, then Cainman is me, then Informant is a relative of RtS, Just
Taylor is Sanford, Just Taylor is Hannigan, Informant is Just Taylor.
What you two do seem to know is nothing.  That is for certain.

I spend a lot of time out in Sacramento, CA for work and San Pablo, CA
is nowhere near the places that RtS and you have claimed Just Taylor
lives.  San Pablo is North of Berkeley, CA.  RtS has claimed Vero Beach
and Newport Beach as the his city with is in Southern California, about
350 miles away.
