I am interested in:

A cheap way to hook up an ST506 type hard disk to the Amiga.

A terminal program that xmodems amiga to amiga.

The PAL by Byte by Byte looks great, except it costs $2000 last I heard. It
does provide the ability to plug in a hard disk.

I have tried every public domain terminal program I could get my hands on.
I try xmodeming to a friend with an amiga. XMODEM in ALL these programs fails
in this mode. However, they do seem to talk to BBSs and the Vax here ok. I
guess nobody talks amiga to amiga... I did get C-kermit to transfer sources
reliably between two amigas, but it choked on binary files (yes I did the
right setup commands...).
