re. 2.04 disk trashing
Myself and another friend here at RCA have both had the same type
of error show up (track 39 or 40), while neither of us were using
that shell. We were both simply editing the s/startup-sequence (in
df0:) - by the second or third time we did this - we both got into the
same sort of trouble that everyone was talking about. It may not be
the Shell's fault - if it does something similar - could be a disk
overwrite as we both had added to the sequence. Maybe this might help.
(Editing this in df1: using a different system disk in df0: works
*fine*).
