[This article appears to have been lost in my recent disk head crash. If you've already seen it, my apologies. RWH.] [I am including some of the explanatory material from the beginning of cathy's message to me, to avoid confusion or questions about the offering. The material is at the end of this article. RWH.] CURRENTLY AVAILABLE JUNE 1986 USENIX ATTENDEES LIST WITH ABOUT 1600 NAMES by uucp: $75.00 by mail on labels: $120.00 TO ORDER: phone (416) 842-6873 e-mail utzoo!parkridge!cathy mail Parkridge Computer Systems Inc. 710 Dorval Drive, Suite 115 Oakville, Ontario, Canada L6K 3V7 PAYMENT: Visa or certified check or money order. ------ Hello. Parkridge develops Unix software tools targeted at a audience that would attend an Usenix conference. Therefore our company wanted to do a mailing to Usenix attendees to let them know of MUI, our interface tool. Usenix conference office informed us the mailing list was not available by uucp, so we hired a typist to put the list on our computer. To offset some of our costs in doing this, and to help other small companies we thought we would make it available by uucp to companies on usenet. I spoke to Peter Sulas at the Usenix Association, and he said there was no problem with legal copyrights. -- Ron Heiby usenet@cuae2.ATT.COM Moderator: mod.newprod & mod.os.unix AT&T-IS, /app/eng, Lisle, IL (312) 810-6109 Submissions should go to newprod@cbosgd.ATT.COM.
