In your message to Protocols on 6 Mar, you mentioned an ISO 8348, the
Network Service definition, which has a Draft Addendum 2 on Network Layer
Addressing. I would like very much to know how I might procure a copy of
this document. Any assistance that you can give me will be greatly
appreciated.
