mod.std.mumps is being renamed to comp.std.mumps.

To publically state the response I've sent so many of you when asked why
there is so little to read on this group, it is because so few people send
me anything to post.
If there is sufficient interest, I will widen the scope of postings to include
general discussion of relevant topics.
