To encourage free exchange of ideas, no proceedings will be published
nor will recording be permitted.  Sessions will be informal and
general discussions will be encouraged.

To participate in the workshop, please submit short summary of your
interests and activities to workshop chair, Sam Daram.

Please include address, telephone number, affiliation, and optionally
what you would like to present/discuss.  Participants will
receive registration/housing information with their invitations.
Attendance limited to 60 people.
