Found some info on VOIP:


I myself are not too familiar with the technology, but if you want to try a
free service to see how you like it, you may want to check out Skype.  It has
been getting a lot of publicity lately, and I've heard it works well.  The
only thing is, is that you can only connect to other Skype users right now.
They are planning for a service to connect to regular phones in the future,
but who knows how long that will be.  Anywho, here's the addy:
