Our Government, is supposed to represent the majority of Canadians. However, under the pretense of providing linguistic service "where warranted", they have made a tiny portion of our population the ruling class of our country and they are "the bilinguals". By extension all unilinguals, be they English or French are relegated to that of followers, permitted only to pay the wages and pensions of the bilinguals, sharing not one iota in the fair distribution of government largess. It also just happens that virtually the only people with any need to speak both French and English, (the bilinguals), are the French.
