Hear audio of Global Television News story confirming
that 71% of all new hirings in the massive federal 
public service are going to Francophones, and that 68% of
all job promotions are going to Francophones. Due to official 
bilingualism, while Quebec is allowed to remain officially unilingual
French.  Francophones make up only a tiny fraction of the population
outside Quebec, yet we are allowing them to take over our federal 
government.
