Can someone tell me the correct term for a (male female) couple living
in a common-law relationship under Quebec Civil Code?

We live in Ontario, but we're selling a property in Quebec, and they
need our "marital status" on the Promise to Purchase.

It's something like "single living in a common-law relationship" I think.

Thanks.
