currency). Prices are NEGOTIABLE! These items have been kept and
maintained cleanly over the years by a devoted housekeeper. Please, only

1)Wall unit, white color, ~8 years old, can be detached in 3 pieces,
contains some compartments enclosed by glass doors, outer exterior
dimensions: 77 in x 114 in x 22 in, asking $500.

2)Amana refrigerator, model SDI-25F "3 Door Ice 'N Water(tm)", beige
color, ~8 years old, kept in pristine condition, outer exterior
dimensions: 67.5 in x 32 in x 26 in, asking $800.

3)General Electric stove (30 in range), model Medallion 850,
self-cleaning, beige color with dark tinted glass front door, ~8 years
old, asking $300.

4)2 red leather sofas, ~8 years old, outer exterior dimensions: 33.5 in x

5)Patio set: 4 big 2 small chairs with detachable cushions, table with
umbrella/canopy (umbrella has a case for storage), white color, clean, ~8

ft x 2 ft, have orange ceramic tile top, asking $300.
