STCUM car gets a PARKING TICKET/ a recu CONTRAVENTION !!!

Hello... when I was walking Maissoneuve street yesterday, I saw many
cars which received parking tickets. Since we had a scam of VIP
stickers, Ville de Montreal seems to issue parking tickets to no
matter what. Many commercial vehicles including STCUM's van with
yellow flashers (which was parked on sidewalk) got parking tickets !!!

Well done !!!
