Using pine, to see the full header just press "h".  However, you should 
*not* be using pine to read news, at least not at Concordia- trust me, 
you'll end up regretting it! Try trn, tin, nn, slrn, etc. instead. For a 
complete answer to Why You Shouldn't Use Pine To Read News, read the last 
week or so of concordia.dept.comp-services.help.
