Autrefois (lire il y a un an), quand j'achetais par la poste et que le
colis etait coince aux douanes, c'etait toujours a Erie (et Erie ou Fort Erie
n'est pas un point d'entree americano-canadien) et le transporteur etait
UPS.  Depuis, j'ai pris l'habitude d'exiger un autre transporteur et
tout est regle.  UPS charge 35$ pour payer la douane de 5$, au lieu
d'augmenter le prix d'envoi de 5$ pour inclure ces frais.  Pour moi,
c'est du vol.  Pour d'autres, c'est une politique economique interne
malsaine.  Par ailleurs, suite au libre-accord, il n'y a peut-etre plus
de taxes pour le materiel informatique (je ne suis pas sur).

Il y a 15 ans, j'allais dedouaner le materiel rue McGill.  C'etait avant UPS.
