	It that sense such a thing did not occur.  What did occur was a
predetermination that a particular race was superior and then the
physical characteristics of that race determined. 

	As for certain characteristics being emphasized in certain "races"
that continues to this day.  Which is what I was saying, that in most
countries of the world "nationalism" is indistinguishable from
ancestry which is still commonly referred to as race.
