Be sure to check out the Montreal Suburban Newspaper on Oct. 29th, 2003. There will be more interesting information about Scam artist Harris Black who left Montreal for Vancouver. It seems that he's having a hard time running his scams there and now someone new has been charged in his Employment scam operation. Who could it be? If you don't have access to the Suburban Newspaper, visit the website dedicated to warning the public at: http://www.harrisblackwatch.com One day he might end up in your city and you should be prepared.
