Alleged Canadian employment scam artist, Harris Black, is believed to
be setting up an Internet-based executive recruitment firm in Canada
and Australia.

Harris Black has allegedly defrauded Montreal unemployed people of
tens of thousands of dollars. The Quebec Consumer Protection Office
has charged him. He faces fines of at least $7,000 -- but he hasn't
shown up to court to defend himself.

If you know anyone who plans on using employment services in Canada or
Australia, please tell them to watch out for Harris Black or other
alleged scam artists like him.
