Odd - there WERE occupants of Palestine at the time Moses showed up and told
them God had given their land to the Hebrews, so he would not have said
that...  must be an Israeli joke.

   Oh, that's right...  Israelis don't call the original occupants of
Palestine Palestinians - they call them "Promised landers"
  - as in... "we Israelis did not arrive in Palestine and throw out the
occupants - - we arrived at the Promised land and threw out the occupants.
   Who were the occupants of the Promised land? Not Palestinians.
   Oh.. then they must be "promised landers"

   So let's have the Israelis give back to the Promised Landers their half
of Palestine, as guaranteed under UN resolution 181, and get the mess over
with.
