The room has OK floor space (about 160 square ft)
but much of it is lost due to inward sloping attic-like
ceilings, so in effect this is a small room.

The location is best for a busy medical or university
student who primarily needs a place to sleep.
The apartment is in Somerville near the CT2 bus
line (or 83 + M2 shuttle), walking distance to
Harvard and Porter squares, and near easy bus
connections to all nearby Red/Green/Orange line
T stations.  Near Market Basket supermarket and
stores in Union Square.

Currently furnished, can be unfurnished if preferred.

Share large living room, kitchen, bathroom with
3 PhD students.  The apartment is well-maintained
with hardwood floors and high ceilings in the common
areas.  Clean, quiet, nonsmoking.

Parking (no permit), laundry in basement, storage
in basement, indoor bicycle space (no locks).

One person only, no pets.
