I am looking for a roommate for a nice apartment in Cambridge. Large 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom, spacious kitchen, living room, porch, back yard... Washer, no dryer. Apartment is located in Central Square between Harvard & M.I.T. 7 minutes walk to Central Sq. T. 15 minutes walk to Harvard U. or M.I.T. 5 minutes walk to a Star Market and laundromat. No drugs, smoking, or live-in significant others, please. These are the landlady's rules. Light or social drinking is fine. The landlady does allow pets; however, I am allergic to fur. If you have a pet without fur, this is definitely negotiable. I am a quiet, active, relatively neat, 27 year old, professional female. I am looking for someone who is a female professional (or graduate student) who lives a quiet (though active) lifestyle and is relatively neat. This apartment is available July 1st, but I would be willing to accept someone moving in at a later date... up to September 1st. The rent will probably be about $500... Please reply to centralsqroom@yahoo.com for more info. --
