A very spacious room in a 3rd floor, 2 BR apartment is available for
rent September 1 in Inman Square, Cambridge. The room itself is
gorgeous, with ample closet space. It's bigger than the living room!

Some features of the apartment include: hardwood floors, washer/dryer,
dishwasher, new fridge, balcony at back. The location is very nice -
lots of great restaurants around, grocery stores nearby, and close to
public transportation. There are 3 bus lines that stop about a block
away, and Central, Harvard, and Lechmere are within walking distance.
The apartment is well-kept by the owner and in general, the
maintenance man is quite responsive.

The current rent for this room is $990/month - rent did not increase
last year.
