hw floors, big windows, lot of space, partially furnished.
Apartment features: 4 rooms total + eat- in kitchen with a small,
separated dining area, porch.
600$ ( somewhat negotiable) +
%of elec/ phone/ cooking gas ( usually < 30$)
available: june,1- aug,31 ( flexible)
Security deposit: 500$.
Location: very convenient, between BU central (B) and St. Mary (C)
stops. 15-20 min to both downtown and Harvard medical area
( 47 and CT2 stop around the corner). 20-25 min walk or subway ride for MIT.
Laundry next door,supermarkets within 10-15 walking minutes,
pharmacy on the corner.
Roommates: graduate students.
