Spacious two-bedroom two bathrooms apartment with balcony is available for sublet from now to Sep. 30, 2002 in Malden. The apartment is on the second floor of an eight-story building in a gated complex with facilities such as swimming pool, fitness center, club house, tennis courts, basketball court, squash court, abundance parking space, etc (all free). The complex has direct access to MBTA bus to Haymarket or Malden T station, so it's very convenient. Currently I pay $1640/month for its rent. But because I bought a house, I'm offering it for $1250/month, much less than the current rental price, so that people can utilize the rest of my leash period (I'll chip in almost $400/month to whoever would like to take the apartment for sublet). The rent includes heat and hot water. There is also an option to renew the leash later on if you're interested to stay longer.
