3rd (top) floor (East) Cambridge MA apartment with three quasi-professional / males. Available end of March, or April 1st (no joke!). About the room/apartment: -bright (east & south window), partially furnished, 10x12ft, high ceilings -always on highspeed Internet, network throughout home -large (clean) kitchen and living room with lots of plants -10 min walk to MIT, 5 min to Kendall cinema, 15 min to Kendall Sq Red line -parking is on-street with appropriate city permit. -washer in the apartment -microwave, et al. -basement storage -great back porch overlooking Donnelly park and view of Boston skyline -piano (could use tuning - but is playable by the non-snob) Terms: -Available no later than April 1st, 2003. -$450/mn, month-to-month, first / last month rent plus share utilities (~$50/mn) [possible rent increase of $25 over summer] -We love them - but pets are prohibited - [but quiet dogs visit and seem to stay off radar]. About us: We are 26-34, usually quiet, keep odd hours (2 of us aperiodic), usually out and about, biking, sailing, or discussing philosophy, technology, science, literature, high-tech art, the war on freedom, or bots that play games like poker and Go. Loosely associated with MIT, have physics or law degrees from somewhere, but survive with our computer skills somehow. What we're after: someone responsible, interesting, intelligent + a non-smoker that will clean up after themselves and help with generally cleaning. Email us at brer_vole@getoutstayout.org. Please tell us a bit about yourself, why your moving, and how long you expect to live here. Visit our website for photos and the latest information: http://www.getoutstayout.org Chris
