Howdy, all! The ArisiaCon was mentioned a while back; could someone post times and place, please? I know that the 17th is supposed to be January's Gay- laxian's meeting-date (they *must* know about the 'Con) but I'd like to at least check it out on one of the other days.... the arisia science fiction convention will take place january 15-17 (mlk birthday weekend) at the park plaza hotel, boston. membership is $40 at door. it's too late to preregister. arisia is not a specifically queer event, but it's rather queer friendly. go see science fiction movies, buy books and media memorabilia, attend panels, and drool at guest of honor ellen kushner. -- <SIG>___________________________________________________________________ It's an old wall, Avon.
