Problem Description:
                A IBM CE will be visiting BBN at 0630 EDT on 10/1 to place
               two RTs of NSS19 on the UPS. When IBM installed the T1
               node, they failed to install those two on the UPS making
               them sensitive to power hits at BBN. Merit did not provide
               a window, but it probably will be less than a half hour.

Problem Solution:
               The IBM CE installed the 2 RT's to the the UPS and they are
               back up and operational.
