Hi there,

We would like to get a few high speed modems with error correction and data
compression to hang off a terminal server. Can anybody recommend a reliable,
economical modem which would be easy to configure and backed up by a good
technical support? One that will work correctly with a terminal server
(Datability's VCP200 in particular) ?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

I like Telebit's T3000. Once configured, which isn't that difficult
they work really well. I was able to get them for about $650 in
quantity. They have the added advantage that they will support 56Kb
DCE to DTE.
