Ticket #3382

Original Problem Description:
     EGP with the T1-NSFnet is down at BBN2. This is the
    Backup connectivity is provided by the T3, and T1 if
    needed. Unable to ping the RT (192.52.71.8-- PSP from
    BBN to Princeton). Merit please look into this, and
    let us know.

Note:
     Merit its been over an hour, and a half. We have not
    been contacted in email or on the phone. Please send an
    note explaining why this is down, and when it will be
    corrected. Page one of you engineers if necessary. The
    NEARnet NOC will also contact Merit to follow up.
