Original Problem Description:
    MWB will be doing a PM on the microwave link between MIT
    and Prospect.
    07:00 -> noon.
    (Since links restored have seen instability)

     At 1850 EST the microwave links between MIT, and Prospect
    took another hit. This is following work on site by
    MWB personnel, who have dispatched to Prospect twice to
    correct the problem. The links have dropped 3 times this
    afternoon causing routing at Prospect to black hole
    temporarily. Because of the routing topology sites off
    Prospect, Harvard, Brown temporarily lost their default
    route. The NEARnet-Tech mailing list is being copied on the
    ticket due to the wider range of affected sites. 1850-1856.
