Original Problem Description:
    MWB will be doing a PM on the microwave link between MIT
    and Prospect.
    07:00 -> noon.
    (Since links restored have seen instability)

    Spoke with Don King of MWB who will be on site at Prospect
    tomorrow morning at 08:30 EST to work on the microwave link.
    It will remain shutdown until then.
